Coach – Ross Shimi
Born and raised in Manchester, England, Coach Ross relocated to California’s State Capitol in 2015, the same year the U.S. Women’s National Team won the FIFA Women’s World Cup—a moment that helped inspire his commitment to developing female athletes.
Since then, Coach Ross has spent over a decade coaching within competitive clubs in the United States as a licensed coach, gaining valuable experience across multiple levels of the women’s game. He continues to travel regularly to England to observe elite academy systems, giving him a clear understanding of where the gaps exist in the U.S. women’s development pathway and what is required to reach the elite level.
Coach – Danny Cruz
With decades of proven success, Coach Danny has won multiple national titles and helped develop players who have gone on to earn college scholarships, compete in NCAA Division I, play professionally, and represent the United States at both youth and senior national team levels.
